iStamps are a great new way to collect, play and learn. iStamps have been selected from previous Royal Mail Special Stamp issues, and made into a unique online album.
The iStamps span many themes including history, entertainment, dinosaurs, British culture and heritage, science, cars, football and more! The Royal Mail iStamp Club allows children to swap and collect the different stamps and be part of this new interactive digital club, while also learning about the important topics covered in the album. Plus, it is absolutely free for your school and your pupils!
No personal data is required from the children, and it is a safe closed environment, controlled by the teacher, where the children can play and learn.
To support the new Royal Mail iStamp Club, we are also providing you with educational resources, lesson plans and activities to use with your class. Produced in conjunction with teachers and educational specialists, they have been designed to be used throughout the primary years, and have been specifically adapted so that they can be used by children of varying ability. These lesson plans and resources can also be downloaded in PDF form to view in class, or printed off for free at www.iChild.co.uk/istampclub.
To get started please follow the instructions in the ‘Teacher’s Area’ here, or download the ‘Teacher’s Guidelines’ for free from www.iChild.co.uk/istampclub. Once your pupils have completed their album, you can download and personalise certificates for each child!
We hope the children in your class enjoy collecting the amazing iStamps from Royal Mail’s history, and also completing the educational activities we have provided.
